Employee Spotlights

OE Federal has over 180 employees. With 24 branches in various states and multiple departments, it’s hard to get to know everyone, to say the least. Thus the Employee Spotlight was born.

I wanted to find a way to boost morale, make individuals feel excited, and for employees to get to know each other better. I came up with a list of questions and reached out to individuals who I thought would be interested.

The Spotlight videos were placed on our intranet for all employees to watch and turned out to be a big hit. With more views, comments, and positive feedback than any other video placed on our intranet, Employee Spotlights will continue to be a fun experience for all employees to enjoy and participate in.
